Before you answer, you know who is calling and which case is linked. From your computer you can call, answer, hold and transfer to the right person.
A call arrives while you are assisting several families: you recognise the number, search for the name, open the cases and try to rebuild the context while the person is already on the line. In a sensitive moment, even a few unnecessary steps make the response less natural.
With the RESTinCloud VoIP Module, a number immediately becomes useful information: the software shows the caller and linked case before you answer. If the number is new, link it once to a name, notes and case; from the next call, the context is already there. The phone lives in the browser, with answering, transfer, hold music and a courtesy announcement, connected to Wildix, 3CX and Asterisk phone systems.
The popup recognises the number and displays the caller's name and linked case before the conversation begins.
Add a name, notes and case: on the next call the software automatically brings the context back.
A new number can be handled immediately; a contextualised call can be transferred to the appropriate extension.
With a headset, call and answer from the browser without switching screens or adding another device to the desk.
Put the caller on hold, speak to a colleague and resume; meanwhile, hold music and your courtesy announcement play.
Wildix, 3CX and Asterisk are available integrations: configure the connection and immediately test its status.
