One price list for the firm, a full-screen display for the table, and a choice that enters the case without being copied out again.
A funeral firm's catalogue usually lives in three places: a binder of printed sheets, photos on the phone of whoever took them, and the memory of the people who have worked there for years. When a family asks to see a coffin or a floral arrangement, you show whatever you can find; and once the choice is made, item and price get written out again by hand in the case file.
With RESTinCloud's Price List and Showroom the catalogue is a single one, for your firm. You need codes, costs and stock; the family needs to see: the Showroom opens the item full screen on a dark background, with name, description and recommended price, and you page through it with the arrows without ever leaving. The choice is then added to the case from the Products & Extras step, and the line is created with the list price already frozen at that moment. In a funeral home management system the point is not to have a beautiful catalogue: it is not having to copy it out.
One list for the firm, with code, internal cost, sale price and stock on the same row.
The item fills the screen on a dark background, with name, description and recommended price: it is the page you show at the table.
Side arrows and the keyboard arrow keys: you move from one item to the next while staying in the display.
Floral arrangements have their own list and showroom, with the florist's name on every card.
From the Products & Extras step you add the item: the line is created with the list price frozen at that moment.
The quantity comes down when the item enters the case and goes back if you remove the line; the florist order leaves with the document attached.
