A single core of data with three linked cards: you fill it once, uploaded documents propose the fields, and the contact person can also be recognised as a relative.
When a case is opened the same personal details come back three times: on the deceased, on the contact person who signs and on every relative involved. Every extra re-typing is one more chance of an error, and one more check for the back office.
In the RESTinCloud funeral home management software the Deceased Record is a single core of data from which three branches grow: deceased, contact person and relatives. You upload the ID card, automatic reading proposes the fields and you press Apply; with the ‘also a relative’ switch the same person appears among the relatives, with contacts and relationship already aligned. You enter the data only once: your funeral home's case resumes at the ceremony, with no earlier steps to fill in again.
Deceased, contact person and relatives are three cards of the same record, not three archives to keep aligned by hand.
With the OCR module active you upload an ID card, health card, driving licence or passport: the fields are proposed, you confirm with Apply.
One switch and the same person appears among the relatives, with personal data, address, contacts and relationship already aligned.
Once surname, first name, date of birth, sex and place of birth are filled in, the tax code is calculated automatically.
Save the record with a contact person and at least one relative, and the funeral path resumes at Ceremony and Organisation.
Pull a document from the Document Archive and assign it to the deceased, the contact person or a relative without uploading it again.
